BY INSTALLING, COPYING OR, IN ANY CASE, USING THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE CONSIDERED TO AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS DOCUMENT.
The intellectual property rights over the software , or “copyright”, belong exclusively to its author, as it appears in each system and can be seen before being installed.
The user only acquires the right to use it freely on his computer system, with the only limitations detailed below in this document:
In no case does this license imply the transfer of property rights over the software , so the user will not be able to redistribute, sell, or modify the internal code of the program through reverse engineering. or by any other procedure, without the express written authorization of the author.
The license is exclusive and not transferable to third parties, it is indefinite in time, and gives the right to install the program on a single computer, server or store.
Kijam.com guarantees the proper functioning of the system offered, but cannot guarantee that its benefits are those that in the opinion of the user should be met.
Given the material impossibility of testing the program in a wide variety of environments, with all systems and their different versions and updates in circulation, and in interaction with the multiple particular configurations that can be found in practice, Kijam.com considers that it is the user himself who, in any case, must first verify the minimum requirements of the Software to be acquired. For these purposes, the client accepts the program AS IS, without the right to demand any type of modification that has not been previously agreed. Even so, every effort will be made to detect possible failures or incompatibilities that may arise but without guarantees of solving the problem that causes it.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAILURES
If the application contains an error, Kijam.com undertakes to resolve it as soon as possible, but will not be responsible for physical, personal, psychological damage and direct monetary expenses or indirect, consequence of the use or inability to use the application, including the loss of data that may eventually occur on the occasion of, or in relation to, the use of software .
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DATA
The integrity and preservation of the data files is the sole responsibility of the user, who must obtain and maintain a backup copy.
SCOPE OF LIABILITY
The liability of Kijam.com will be limited to the replacement of the defective program or, at most, the implementation of a new version free of charge, always within the period of time indicated by the license acquired counting the time from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is void if the software defect is the result of accident, abuse or misuse.
FORMS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE
The available payment methods are payments by Paypal and payment by Credit / Debit card Visa or Mastercard. Some payment methods will carry an additional cost for Taxes and Administrative Expenses.
The purchased software will be sent by email from the [email protected] account, you must add this account as a trusted email to avoid being marked as Spam by your provider.
MONEY REFUNDS FOR USER NON-CONFORMITY
Under no money will be refunded . You must make sure that the software to be purchased is what you really require and that you have the minimum requirements for its operation.
AFTER SALES TECHNICAL SUPPORT
User Support will be carried out through the e-mail [email protected], for which the User must have an email account for this purpose, it is recommended to add that address in their list of trusted users to prevent them from being marked as Spam by your provider. Depending on the software license purchased, you can count from 3 to a maximum of 12 months of free support (It will depend on the software you are purchasing, each one will indicate a legend of the support time limit) and once the time has expired you can purchase new consultation packages for assistance or to purchase the software in its latest version again. Requests for assistance will be answered whenever possible from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM GMT-4, we do not guarantee a response outside of those days and hours.
