Welcome to Yipi.app, owned by KF Innovations Software C.A. with R.I.F.: J-50392719-4 (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability: a. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, psychological, monetary, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugins from our online store or our ERP system. b. You waive the applicable laws of your jurisdiction; the only applicable laws for the use of our system shall be those of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Use of the Membership: a. Membership at Yipi.app grants you access to all the plugins in our store during the active membership period. b. Membership includes technical support and updates as long as the membership remains active. c. Please note that if you decide to cancel your membership, you will not be able to continue using our plugins. Additionally, you will need to pay the registration fee again to reactivate the membership.
Use of the Plugins: a. The plugins provided for Prestashop and Woocommerce are software products designed to enhance the functionality of your online store. b. The software delivered in the form of PHP code for the plugins may be obfuscated to prevent plagiarism and unauthorized use. Obfuscation will not affect the store’s functionality or the plugin, and no private information will be sent out of your store or misused.
License of Use: a. The membership allows you to use all the plugins on a specific site (domain). b. You can use the membership on all subdomains that start with (dev*/test*/stagging*/debug*).domain.ltd. Any other subdomain will be considered an additional site.
User Responsibility: a. You are responsible for using the plugins in accordance with the terms outlined in this section and the applicable laws. b. You may not distribute, resell, or sublicense the plugins, nor modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the software’s source code.
Technical Support: a. We offer technical support to assist you with any issues related to the installation, configuration, or use of the acquired plugins. b. Technical support will be available as long as your membership remains active.
